All media personnel must request credentials by following these two steps:
1. Completing the Media Credentials for Bulldog Stadium Sideline Access online form
2. Downloading, completing, and emailing a scanned copy or a photo image of the the DPS Computerized Criminal History Verification Form to Marlo Bitter, Carthage ISD Director of Communications, at mbitter@carthageisd.org
Media credentials will be distributed by the Director of Communications (or designee) prior to the game.
Credential requests must be received by 9 a.m. on Wednesday prior to home games
Staff or freelance writers, photographers or videographers representing recognized news organizations
Local radio staff
Student photographers or videographers authorized by principal and sponsoring teacher for class project/activity
Private photographers/videographers will be considered for credentials, but images captured MAY NOT BE SOLD
All media personnel (print, social, broadcast and photographers) must wear their media credential at all times when on the sidelines.
No media allowed in the team area (20-yard line to 20-yard line and designated on the field). Use the track for moving back and forth between sides.
All media personnel must remain a safe distance back from the sideline so as not to interfere with officiating crew, chain crew and players.
Media personnel may not access locker rooms or other private player/coach areas.
Media personnel must follow instructions from district/school administration as well as the officiating crew.
Credentials issued by Carthage ISD are only recognized at Bulldog Stadium.
Failure to obtain and display credentials or to follow guidelines may result in the loss of sideline access.
Carthage ISD personnel are exempt from these guidelines.
