Online registration will open on Monday, July 12- July 21. For currently enrolled students! Schedule pick-up will be in the Auditorium on Wednesday, July 28, 9:00-3:00 for 7th-grade students and on Thursday, July 29, 9:00-3:00 for 8th-grade students. Both parent and student must be present at registration to pick up the student’s schedule. Seventh-grade students will need to get two immunizations Tdap and MCV4. Students who have an expired affidavit /exemption or have vaccines that are due, will not be able to receive their schedule until the school nurse has an updated immunization record. NEW TO DISTRICT STUDENTS! New to District students enrollment will be on Wednesday, July 28, 9:00-3:00 for 7th-grade students, and on Thursday, July 29, 9:00-3:00 for eighth-grade students. Students who are new to the District must register IN PERSON. A legal guardian must bring the following CISD required documentation. Please, allow at least one hour for completion. -Parent/Legal Guardian with a current State-issued picture ID (i.e. drivers license) *If the legal guardian is other than the parent, the legal guardian must also bring an official court decree. *If the guardian is someone other than the parent/legal guardian, he/she must also bring notarized power of attorney. -Proof of residence (as detailed on District form, available in the office) -Student's current health/immunization records -Students Social Security card -Students Birth Certificate -Students 2020-2021 final report card w/school's complete address, phone number -Students latest standardized test scores -Students current IEP, if receiving Special Education or 504 services
