🍎📚 Teaching Treasure at CHS! 📚🍎 Mrs. Milam’s 4th period AQR class turned math into an adventure today by converting polar coordinates to Cartesian coordinates to navigate their way to hidden pirate treasure! 🏴‍☠️ We are so proud of Ms. Milam and all of our CHS teachers who pour creativity, energy, and passion into their classrooms every single day. 🥚🔬 Biology in Action at CHS! 🔬🥚

Last week, Mrs. Hadwin’s 6th & 7th period Biology classes explored the science of osmosis through a hands-on egg experiment. Students placed eggs in different solutions and tracked how water moved in and out of the egg membranes. By the end of the week, they could see and measure the size differences in the eggs. The experiment helped provide a clear demonstration of how osmosis works in living cells! 🌊➡️🥚⬅️🌊

This lab wasn’t just about eggs. This was about curiosity, problem-solving, and connecting classroom learning to real-world biology. 👩‍🔬👨‍🔬

A big shoutout to Mrs. Hadwin for designing such engaging, interactive labs, and to her students for their dedication and hard work. Way to grow, Dawgs! 🐾
