Our robotics teams mixed it up & tried new strategies at the contest this weekend. Our ALL GIRL team of Estrella Lopez and Riley Calhoun came in SECOND PLACE with their alliance, after knocking out the first place seed alliance!

Our robotics teams were TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS at the Miller Grove contest today. This win qualifies them for the Region 2 State tournament. We are so proud of the hard work and dedication these two teams have put into building and learning from their robotics course.

This weekend Katie Lloyd and Gracie Knight placed first in CX Debate and earned a trip to Austin to compete at the State Contest! Priscilla Piedra and Justin Wilkerson came in third and will be alternates! Congrats!

Our robotics team traveled to Texarkana to compete in a VEX competition. During the qualifying rounds, our two teams finished in 1st & 8th places. Entering into quarterfinals, our teams formed an alliance and came in second place overall, losing to the reigning state champions!!
